Collaboration

Collaboration with documents is easy with Paperiton DMS. Changes to the contents are immediately available to other users. 

Physical distance of workstations is no longer a problem. If there is for instance a so-called virtual team working on a project, combined from people of different organizations, you can handle that with Paperiton DMS.

Paperiton DMS also has a very easy to use Document Routing functionality to bring the necessary documents into the attention of other users involved.

When a more controlled way of processing the documents is needed, it is a good idea to define a Document Process. Then, you have full control over how  the handling of the document is done.

Users can also add notes to documents, which can then be utilized later on as document will be reviewed again.

With Paperiton DMS, you will always have the newest document versions available to you.
